Emma Philipps – Reflexologist & Coach Specialising in Woman’s Health
Support for women at every stage — hormonal health, emotional wellbeing and nervous system balance.
I’m Emma, a reflexologist with advanced training in fertility and pregnancy reflexology, and a deep passion for supporting women through every phase of their hormonal journey. From irregular cycles, PMS, endometriosis and PCOS to fertility challenges, pregnancy, and the shifting hormones of menopause — I offer a space to soften, regulate, and reconnect with your body.
I’m currently training as a women’s health coach through an ICF-accredited programme to deepen the level of care I offer. I’m also trained in Swedish massage and Level 1 Reiki, which I subtly weave into treatments to support the body as a whole — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Based in Cape Town, I work from tranquil spaces in Tamboerskloof, Fresnaye, and Constantia.
I do occasionally travel back to the UK to reconnect with existing clients in London and open a few mobile appointments while I'm there. If you're based in London and would like to be notified when I’m next available, please reach out directly to let me know you’d like to be notified when I am available in the UK.

Went to see Emma because I was having irregular and inconsistent cycles. After seeing her for 2 months my cycle returned to 29 days and I felt so much better. I continued to see her and fell pregnant later that year. Such an amazing therapy to assist with getting pregnant. It wasn't easy but without Emma I don't believe it would have been the same without her!

Wish you could have a reflexologist at home whenever you needed one?
Pregnancy can bring swollen feet, aching hips, restless nights, and some anxiety around the birth. But getting to regular reflexology appointments isn’t always possible. That’s why I’ve created the Pregnancy Reflexology Guide, a series of safe, easy to follow videos you (or your partner) can do at home for quick symptom relief, deeper relaxation, and gentle birth preparation from 37 weeks. Every routine follows the Association of Reflexologists’ safety guidelines so you can feel confident they’re right for you and your baby.

Reflexology for Fertility
Fertility reflexology supports reproductive health by helping to regulate cycles, balance hormones, and create space for emotional ease. I work with women preparing to conceive naturally, those undergoing IVF or assisted conception, and those navigating fertility challenges such as PCOS or unexplained infertility. Reflexology encourages the body’s natural rhythms, supports the nervous system, and offers calm during what can be a deeply emotional time.
Reflexology During Pregnancy
Pregnancy is a time of immense change — physically and emotionally. Reflexology can offer support through each trimester by relieving common discomforts (like back pain, swelling, or nausea), improving sleep, and encouraging hormonal balance.
Reflexology can be a deeply supportive therapy for hormonal issues such as PMS, irregular cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, and the transition into menopause. Sessions are tailored to support nervous system regulation and encourage hormonal balance through gentle, targeted pressure points. Many clients find this work helps with mood, sleep, pain, and overall cycle health.
