Reflexology in Cape Town

Welcome! I am a reflexologist based in Cape Town after relocating from London, where I practiced at the well-known Brackenbury Natural Health Clinic. While I occasionally travel back to London to see my clients there, I am primarily based in Cape Town. You can find me practicing from The Rocklands Health and Movement Centre in Constantia on Mondays and Tuesdays. The rest of the week, I offer treatments from my home in Tamboerskloof (Wednesday-Friday) or provide home visits for your convenience. I specialise in pregnancy reflexology, fertility reflexology, as well as assist in relieving hormone imbalances and menopause relief. I can also assist with other ongoing symptons such as, headaches, stress, anxiety, pain and fatigue.
